1 question about cc and slows

I have question about tenacity. What is max tenacity you can have on champion. I was looking about Dr. Mundo. He have W ability that gives him reducation of stuns and slows like 30 % on lvl 5. So if you buy lets say for jungler Spirit of the Ancient Golem that gives tenacity + 3 masteries in Tenacios what gives 35 % tenacity and 15 % from masteries it means that you have 50 % reduced cc duration. Also if you active your W you have 80 % tenacity for stuns. So is it possible to have that much cc reducation or you cant stuck it like that.

Then slows Relentless gives 15 % slow effect reducation. If you buy Boots of Swiftness you will have 40 % slow effect reducation. So lets say again Dr. Mundo W gives him 30 % bonus slow reducation duration which is tenacity for slow but if you are sejuani on lvl 16 her passive gives her 25 % slow effect reducation which means you have 65 % slow effect reducation! You can't be stopped? Or there is line where you can't cross it with slow reducation. Let me know about that coz i can save masteries!

And last this slow effect reducation. Let's say you have 40 % slow effect reducation. If someone hit you with frozen mallet you won't be slowed coz it reduces 40 % slow or it reduces 40 % slow of 40 % that frozen mallet have which means that you got only 26 % slow from frozen mallet? Please answer this! Thank you.

Tenacity stacks multiplicatively. This means 35% from Spirit of the Ancient Golem and 15% from Tenacious do not add up to 50% tenacity. Abilities that grant tenacity work the same way.

Reduction on slows is not the same as tenacity. Slow reduction reduces the magnitude of the slow without affecting the duration (which means it's more useful than tenacity against location-based slows like Mega Adhesive. If you have 25% slow reduction and are hit by a 40% slow, it'll only slow your champion by 30%. Slow reduction also stacks multiplicatively so you can't easily add up slow reduction from multiple sources.

Keep in mind that tenacity reduces the duration of most CCs, while slow reduction reduces the magnitude of slows. They are not the same thing. Heart Zapper gives the equivalent of tenacity, not slow reduction.

And thats the difference in knowledge between bronzies and higher elo players, I gave it a go but I personally don't do the adding up or anything simply because I only ever get like 1 item and sometimes not even that no masteries or anything (I don't think)

In case you don't know how ''multiplicatively'' stacking works:

35% tenacity means a CC will only last for
    100% - 35% = 65% of its duration on you.

If you get an extra 15%, the CC will instead last for
    65% * 0.15 = 9.75%
    65% - 9.75% = 55.25% of its duration on you

Basically it's impossible to get to 0% of CC duration left on you this way because there's nothing that gives 100% tenacity in this game.

I'm not sure about the exact number but from memory it is 1 item+runes/masteries+abilities so say you bought 2 items that gave you 30% tenacity you would only get 30% not 60%.

For the slow effect reduction it reduces a % of the effects of the slow, if you were slowed by 50% for 2 seconds and had 50% reduction you would only be slowed for 1 second and for 25%.

I answered to the best of my knowledge it would probably be better to get a more experienced player answer.
