Extremely strong engage support with a very long stun-lock, be carefull of her E and early game. You cant fight Leona before level 6 because if you get close she can stun you unless she has already used her abilities, beware that Q has very low cooldown.
Ashe
Counters your movespeed by alot and can be very annoying with the poke, you also cant do anything to help yourself or your adc if she ults and you dont have ult (you can buy Mikael). If you are against her all you can do is try to be safe in lane and keep your ult for her R, you can also leave lane and try to help your team just be carefull.
Blitzcrank
He clicks Q and IF he hits it he gets a kill (do everything in your power to dodge the Q).
Brand
Extreme poke, infinite burn after first item and burst potential. Only use your W if you and you adc/team take damage, you can counter his burst if you use your ult after his ult.
Janna
Janna does basically the same thing you do in lane before level 6 but better, try to poke her or her adc before she can shield and dodge her tornados, after you finish your first item she is still a big threat to you because she can outspeed you. Until level 6 be safe and after play with your team and try to focus her.
Lulu
Its Lulu you cant do much against her and her adc because of her . Try to not engange against her or her adc unless someone is ganking, you outscale her utility with yours.
Zyra
Very much like Heimerdinger and brand she has kind of turrets and burns alot. Try to dodge her stun and ult if your adc cant help him by ulting if he gets hit by her ult because thats when they normally burst.
Zilean
Laning phase and combat isnt very hard but his ult is very strong and you cant do anything against it. Just dodge his Q and you are good, also be carefull getting close to poke because of his absurd slow.
Yuumi
Its just a cat, you are fighting the adc.
Xerath
Very good poke and stun but you just outscale him. Try to dodge his abillities and only use W if your adc/team can heal too.
Vel'Koz
Very good poke with one of the best ults for teamfights. You will want to dodge his Q and E, you can use your W to dodge his E but everything else only use W if your adc/team can be healed.
Veigar
Easy lane but he can outscale your entire team if he is let loose. Dodge his cage or just run away when he tries to use it
Sylas
He does alot of damage early and mid, does not need a ult to kill you and your adc and can use your ult better than you can. Against him all you can do you dodge his skills and try to kill him if he hits a minion.
Soraka
She does not do anything hard to counter you can just buy anti-heal and proc it in your autos the only hard thing is the heal to the rest of her team.
Swain
Your laning phase against him is not very hard. Just try to dodge his E and if he ults keep him away until it runs out and you are good
Sona
Sona is very easy to play against because all she can do is poke and ult. All you are gonna want to do is wait for level 6 or if she has no mana to engage, if she is healing to much buy anti-heal.
Shaco
Against Shaco you have to know if he is going AD or AP.If he is AP just dont go into bushes very much and ward the center of the lane to see if he puts any boxes. If he is AD he cant buy alot of itens so you can kill him if he gets close. Just be carefull because he is not gonna be in lane for very much time.
Seraphine
All of her abilities are easy to dodge and dont do alot of damage. Just dodge all of her kit, be carefull after she buys Rylai.
Senna
Senna is one of the best counters of Kayle support all you can do she can do better just with less utility. You cant exactly be safe against her because of her range and heal without almost any cost. Try to hit her with E and not let her get souls.
Renata Glasc
Laning phase is pretty easy but teamfights can be very hard if she knows how to play Renata. You can engage her at any level if you dodge her Q.
Rell
Rell is one of the strongest engage supports against Kayle but she can only get you flashing or if you make a mistake. Keep a safe distance from her and if she uses W to get to you use your W to run, you can poke her just be sure you are not im her Q range.
Rakan
Rakan is only a big problem if the adc can help him but when they do he is a menace to play against. focus on not getting hit by his Q to not heal him and his adc, if you build Flowing Water you can dodge his W without a hard prediction
Pyke
Almost not playable, his Q can be held so it is very hard to know where exactly he is looking, he also has alot of self-heal and an very strong invisibility. Against a Pyke you can poke him through the minions but be carefull because he can dash into the minions or just run into them to Q.
Pantheon
Pantheon is very strong early but only continues to be a problem if he builds correctly. Try to stay out of his W range and if he jumps try to punish him, recommended to upgrade Q second against him.
Neeko
Not very hard to win only problem is if you have bad concentration because she will be a minion. Her Q is very hard to dodge and her E is a very long stun if it passes through a unit, all you can do is focus on the minions and dodge her E.
Nautilus
The most powerfull engage support against Kayle support, his Q has a very broken hitbox so be carefull. Literally all you can do is dodge his Q and be carefull with his autos, but even so he can just ult you.
Nami
Nami is very strong because of her poke with heal and knock-up. You cant engange against her until level 6, but you can actually poke her to make her waste mana on the heal.
Morgana
Morgana is not super strong against Kayle but the problem is the rest of your team, Morgana can cancel a lot of champions, more than half of than just from her Q and E. Laning is not hard just dodge her Q with your W if you need, you can run out of her ult pretty easy with your W.
Miss Fortune
This is about AP Miss Fortune, she is very irritating but nothing else, unless her adc has alot of utility like ashe she cant do much more than E for poke. The laning is very boring you cant do much but her damage is low so you can outheal her damage, recommend buying Helia if healing is not enough.
Maokai
Maokai is very good right now but he cant get to you very easily the major problem is for the rest of your team because he has alot of map control and teamfight power. In lane you can E him without him being able to W but only if you have Footwork, his ult is very easy to dodge with your W but it can move you away from your team so you can take his ult on purpose.
Milio
Millio does nothing against you in pratically any level but he can buff certain adcs to a problematic level. There isnt much to do against him, your level 1 is horrible because of his Q but level 3 above you can play.
Lux
Lux has very strong poke and burst, her Q is a kinda off a slow projectile but her E is basically impossible to dodge. Laning against Lux is very hard because her poke is much stronger than your heal and uses not even half as much mana, i recommend buying Helia first item for a stronger heal.
Karma
Karma has one of the most powerfull poke tools and can solo you before level 6, be carefull of her Q range the best you can do is run out of the range of it. Laning against Karma is very obnoxious because of her RQ damage range and hitbox, you can run from her W and you outscale her more than almost any champion because of her weak late game, i recommend buying Helia because of her poke.
Heimerdinger
Heimer has very powerfull poke and turrets, he can also burst if fed. There is not much you can do against him besides being safe from his turrets, you can try to destroy them but before level 6 but you cant do it very well, after second item you start to outscale him.
Hwei
Very dificult lane, he is very strong on the right hands, he has alot of poke and a powerfull burst, the big problem is that he has no cooldown and has a Ability for every situation. Hwei has alot of abilities and most of the things you can do against him is keep range, you can buy Mikael if you want, i also recommend buying Helia if you or your adc is getting poked.
Alistar
Alistar is a very generic engage support to fight against, if he gets into range there is not much you can do just dont let him get behind you. You can poke Alistar the entire game just be carefull of his engage and play with his cooldowns in mind.
Amumu
Amumu is really strong early so be carefull and dont get near him level 1-2. Laning against Amumu is not very hard because he cant do anything if you are behind minions so you can poke him, if you get caught you are gonna get perma stunned so try your best to dodge.
Annie
Annie support is not very strong right now but her kit can be very good against Kayle. Playing against an Annie is just about paying attention to her passive stacks and being carefull if she has her passive, her autos range are much higher than Q or W but almost the same as her ult at max range so she can poke you very easily, you can buy Mikael but i would not recommend.
Bard
Bard is Bard. He can poke you before level 6, you need to try to push the lane against him because he is going to need to roam and if he is stuck in tower he is going lose alot of exp and leave his adc exposed.
Braum
Braum is a interesting lane because of his shield and passive. All you need to do in lane is dodge his Q and help you adc if he gets hit, you can also proc his initial shield if your adc has a important projectile.
Nidalee
Nidalee support is very easy you can just dodge her Q without any problem and if she jumps you can probably kill her with your adc, her heal is really strong but only in low life. Laning is easy just dodge her Q and you are safe if she jumps you can ult or flash if needed.
Sett
Sett support is just a worse Alistar in almost everything, almost all of his plays revolve around hexflash you just need to know where he is. the only consistent stun he has is his E that needs to hit two units to really stun, and other than that its just the ult.
Taric
Taric is very strong early and you cant win against him in a fight before third item. Dont get near him before level 6 so dont try to farm close to him or try to poke him from close range, if your adc is kinda of melee like Nilah or Samira i recommend buying Redemption to heal as much as Taric.
Teemo
Teemo is very irritating if you are trying to do damage, i would recommend using enchanter focused build (you can use Fleet Footwork for enchanter). There is not much you can do his poke is strong but not broken just play around his Blind cooldown and buy alot of Control Wards for his ult.
Thresh
You need to be carefull against Thresh because of his hook, its hard to see exactly where he is looking before sending it, he also scales very well but not better than Kayle. You can poke Thresh level 2 but be carefull, dont get to close to the minion because he can push you using his E and trap you with his ult, i recommend buying Mikael but be carefull he can still jump in.
Tahm Kench
Tahm Kench is just an annoying lane until level 6, you cant get very close to the minions because of his W, i would recommend rushing Boots to try and dodge his W, also be carefull of his Q poke and stacks of passive.
Galio
You just have to be in a safe distance or be sure you can dodge his abilities, the only thing you have to be scared of is his ult's impact for his team.
Poppy
Very niche pick but if she appears she cant do anything because you dont have dashes and can move faster than her.
Camille
Very hard matchup because of her E hitbox, as far as i know you cant dodge her E with boots so be carefull early. She can do as much damage as the adc and lock one person in a box with R. I recommend buying Flowing Water or Mandate for the movespeed.
Swain
Swain is a very rare adc to see nowadays but when you see him as Kayle sup its incredible. Poke as much as you want if Swain is close but be carefull before level 6, and after level 6 just acompany him and make sure you survive in a fight to be able to ult him if he is going to die.
Nilah
Nilah is very very strong with Kayle because you can proc her passive, you get alot of extra exp if near her so please stay with her to get those powerspikes. Both of your early and Nilah's early are not very strong but she can still kill people because of the random damage spikes. Dont forget she can dash to alies so if she is in trouble get close so she can dash to you, also i recommend the enchanter build if playing with her.
Aphelios
Playing with Aphelios is not hard but it depends alot if he knows the limits of his champion, you can only fight level 2. buy Ardent Censer if the team has one other person who can benefit from it.
Ashe
This lane is one of the best just because of the amount of utility Ashe has on her kit, she can make up for the fact Kayle has no CC and can make almost any lane possible to poke.
Ziggs
You cant help Ziggs with anything besides movespeed and your ult. Laning with Ziggs is very boring because its just you poking the enemies, but it is still pretty strong if you keep him safe, you can buy Waterflow if you want.
Xayah
You can combo her R with yours to make her invincible for a long time, enough time to put all the feathers and pull them, you can also buy Ardent Censer to make her combo faster but aside from that you cant do much.
Kalista
Kalista is very strong with Kayle and just isnt one of the best because of her ult. You can proc her W passive very easily and help her move, you can also ult yourself after she ults you.
Twisted Fate
Your game with TF is gonna be very easy if you build right for him. You need to build Ardent Censer first item and then Helia, Redemption or Flowing Water.
Tristana
Very strong early and you can buy all the frontline items you want. You can actually be agressive with Tristana just be carefull before level 6, if your team has a good frontliner buy Redemption as first or second item.
Yasuo
Yasuo adc normally wants a engage support with a knock up but as a kind of enchanter you can still help him alot. Buy Helia or Redemption for healing, you can also buy Ardent Censer, and ult him every time his ult is about to end.
Veigar
Kayle has almost no synergy with Veigar, the maximum you can do is give him another chance by using your ult. You can use his cage to your advantage, i recommend using Bloodsong to make him oneshot even more.
Varus
Varus can do a very good job with poke and pressure, you dont need to do much in the lane with him and can actually build damage if you want.
Sivir
Sivir's kit makes if very difficult for anyone thats not a engage support to have synergy with her. She can benefit alot of movespeed that you can give, she also wants to play so she can scale and you can make her alive without problem.
Caitlyn
Caitlyn works better with engage supports and stun or roots so the best you can do to help her is poke when safe in early game and keep her alive, if she builds crit you can buy Ardent Censer to help her.
Draven
Draven's early game is really strong and yours is horrible so all you do is try to help him with all he needs, try your best not steal a kill from him because its gonna make him lose alot of money.
Samira
Samira really wants engage/hook but Kayle support has a tool that can absolutely make samira carry without almost any counter play. Be safe before level 6 and help Samira survive, after level 6 be very agressive with Samira and after she ults you can R her and make her invincible.
Vayne
Vayne is one of the best adc to have but Vayne players are very inconsistent, you can find a main Vayne and carry the game or a first time that blames you for everything. Buy Ardent Censer to help her and assist her in surviving.
Zeri
Zeri really likes movespeed and you have alot to give her, she also likes buffers so you will want to buy Ardent Censer and/or Waterflow. Help her survive and build up her ult stacks, i also recommend buying Knights Vow and use on her if the evemy team has 2 or more AD champions.
Lucian
Lucian has the same problem as Vayne that being the players are very inconsistent and can carry or blame the team. Your heal procs Lucian passive and you being able to auto enemies without dying can proc his W, your movespeed and ult can help him alot with moving and using his ultimate.
Jhin
Jhin really likes movespeed supports and we can provide alot of that but early game may be very hard to play with. You need to poke and put pressure to make sure Jhin can farm and scale very hard.
Kai'Sa
Kai'sa really wants a engage/hook support but we can still help her. Its difficult to know what she will build but you can always build Ardent Censer or Flowing Water and she will get use of it. Make sure to see when she is going to die then ult or before she goes with the ult.
Ezreal
Ezreal can make laning very easy or very hard depending of how much both of you know how to dodge, Ezreal is normally used against hook or engage supports because of his E so make sure you can run away if he has to E away. Ezreal's poke is very strong in every part of the game so you can put alot of pressure on the enemies but be carefull of the early game.
Miss Fortune
There is nothing special with Miss Fortune she is very consistent and can play basically any way she wants. Keep her alive and make sure to hold ult for her in fights because she can win those very easily.
Jinx
Jinx doesnt benefit a lot from Kayle but she scales a lot so you only need to keep her alive until she gets to that point. Jinx scales a lot from items so you are gonna want to make sure she can farm or setup ganks to give her kill, in the late game keep her alive and you can win.
Twitch
You dont have a lot of synergy but you can compensate by using his abilities to your advantage like baiting enemies with a invisible Twitch or baiting them when he is not in lane.
Kog'Maw
Kog'Maw normally wants a support like Lulu or Millio but we can still help him by giving him alot of movespeed. Buy Ardent Censer to increase his overall damage by a lot, if someone gets him by surprise you can ult him to try and give time to kill the person.
Senna
Senna is one of the champions with the best scaling in the game and she is not weak early. Senna can put alot of pressure in lane and also heal both of you, you can fight early with her because if you are in front of the enemy and her she can heal you and damage them. You dont need to build anything to keep her alive just make sure you get every cannon minion with your support item and help her get souls.
Smolder
Smolder in my opnion is horrible to play with but you can help him alot, he is a scaling champion and can only do pratically anything in a teamfight in late. play very safely with him and try your best to let him scale, it is going to be very diffcult but when you get to late do everything you can to make him alive.
Morgana
Morgana being Kayle's twin sister has alot of things that complement Kayle but even more a Kayle sup. If Morgana roots someone you can Q them to lower their Magic Resist and Armor, you can also bait alot of engage supports with Morgana's shield, the two of you can self sustain Kayle with W and Footwork while Morgana has her passive. The best part is the ult combo normally Morgana wants to buy Zhonya's to use her ult safely but with you she can ult while invincible, just try to help her farm.
Seraphine
Early is very weak but after level 3 is pretty easy. Buy anything you want to help your team and buy Rylai second item if Seraphine doenst, you cant fight without team or level 6 but you can put presurre in lane to roam or take objectives.

+ Very Powerfull Ultimate + Very High Movespeed + Scales Really Hard + Versatile Builds and Playsyles + A lot of Utility in The Kit + Strong Peeling Mid/Late
KayleSupport can be played in a lot of ways with diferent runes, spells or items. Her utility can be very strong in the right hands and can save entire games. For example you can Heal your team with Celestial Blessing and save allies from dying with Divine Judgment every fight. Her Radiant Blast helps a lot with the Slow and Armor and Magic Resistence shred, your Starfire Spellblade can deal damage based on Missing Health which can kill enemies take are low and your team cant kill. You can still survive laning phase with the right runes or items for example Fleet Footwork and win games just by being with your team.
CONS
- Weak Early Game - High Mana Cost Early - High Cooldowns Early - A Lot of Bad Matchups
Laning as KayleSupport is always hard and can be very stressful when playing against strong engage supports like Leona or a support with a lot of poke like Senna. Kayle has a very weak early game because of the really high Cooldowns and Mana costs but still can win the majority of matchups level 1 or 2, just be carefull of who you are against and if you or your adc takes to much damage it may be very difcult to Heal them with just Celestial Blessing. Against a lot of damage or with a bad adc your Divine Judgment has a very long base Cooldown without Ability Haste so be carefull. KayleSupport requires a lot of games to know her limits and what to build so i dont recommend giving up after a few games.
Divine Ascent Divine Ascent is not very strong for KayleSupport but it can still help especialy early. Your passive stacks Attack Speed up to 5 and at max gives Movement Speed, level 6 gives you ranged attacks, level 11 gives your auto attacks while the passive is stacked a firewave that deals spell damage which can proc things like Rylai's Crystal Scepter, level 16 you get more range and max stacks permanently.Radiant Blast Radiant Blast is a very strong Slow that reduces Armor and Magic Resistence and gives a good poke, it also extends range after hitting something. Radiant Blast hitbox is very strange and can hit a lot of times when it shouldn't because of the extended range when hitting something. You can move while casting Radiant Blast and use abilities right after casting it.Celestial Blessing Celestial Blessing is the main part of KayleSupport in the early game and for the rest of the game, it Heals you and a ally while gives a lot of Movement Speed. Celestial Blessing is strong even in early game because of the Movement Speed it gives with a Heal. Celestial Blessing goes to the ally with lowest Health if you dont aim it, so it can focus untargetable allies like Gwen on her Hallowed Mist.Starfire Spellblade Starfire Spellblade is the main source of damage for Kayle, it gives passive auto attack damage and the active makes your next attack deal extra damage based on Missing Health and makes it ranged, before level 6 and after 11 deals AoE damage. Because of the Starfire Spellblade making Kayle ranged it gives you less money with the Support Item but it doesnt change much.Divine Judgment Divine Judgment is the strongest part of KayleSupport. Divine Judgment makes you or an ally Invulnerable for 2.5 seconds and then deals damage in a area. always try to find the strongest or most carry potent person on your team and try to make him win every fight with your ult especially if they are a frontliner like Aatrox.
This is the sequence you will want to take with KayleSupport most of the games, but you can level Starfire Spellblade second to do more damage but i only recommend it if your team needs another damage dealer or if you like the damage playstyle. You can level Radiant Blast first it may be good when you are agaisnt a lot of melees but i have not tested it.
Your leveling in early game can change a lot based on the situation or matchups. In some matchups where you cant fight level 1 or 2 like Ashe it may be better to take Celestial Blessing level 1 to Heal poke or save your team, you can also take Radiant Blast agaisnt hard melee matchups like Pyke for the Slow and poke.

FLASH: You will always want to take Flash because it is the best spell to help you survive in the game or Flash to get a kill. You can Divine Judgment first and then Flash to instantly help an ally, keep in mind that you cant do the same for Celestial Blessing.
GHOST: You can take Ghost only if you really know how to use it, you can trade your Flash for a Ghost and almost guarantee a kill early. The Ghost will not be very good late game for KayleSupport because you will probably have a lot of Movement Speed already.
EXHAUST: You can take this spell if you want to have more utility or if you are against heavy damage/assasins. Exhaust can help you and your ADC to survive a burst of damage and to get to enemies with the Slow.
IGNITE: This can be good for the extra damage and anti heal against some matchups. Ignite does not have much synergy with KayleSupport compared to other spells like Heal but it can still be usefull if you want to use it.
PRECISION
Fleet Footwork is very strong early for the sustain and to get to enemies without using spells. Fleet Footwork is still really strong in mid and late game because you can Heal from monsters and get Healing from poke, i really recommend this rune especially against hard matchups. After the recent changes to Press the Attack and the removal of Lethal Tempo this rune is the only good option for KayleSupport, you can use Press the Attack but it only counts for personal damage now so it really doesnt help much.
Presence of Mind is really strong for sustaining Mana in lane especailly in matchups where you can be agressive because you can proc it with your Starfire Spellblade. Presence of Mind is really good especially if you get kills or assists early so you can continue in lane.
Legend: Alacrity is not very good for support but can be great for more consistent Attack Speed which is surprisingly good for taking out wards throughout the game. Legend: Alacrity has kind of a synergy with KayleSupport because it can make it easier to stack her Divine Ascent.
Legend: Haste is pretty simple and can help a lot, it is a bit hard to stack but you will always have it finished at the end of a game. Legend: Haste gives 15 Basic Ability Haste which is normal Ability Haste but doesnt work on your Divine Judgment, the good thing is that it gives you a lot of it even if it doesnt work on Divine Judgment.
Last Stand is basically the oposite of Coup de Grace it only works when you are low so it is very good in early fights. Take Last Stand if you like to fight early for advantage.
Manaflow Band is very good for KayleSupport because of her Starfire Spellblade which can proc it. Manaflow Band is also very good for the extra Mana and Mana Regen on the early game and can help a lot before you finish your second item.
Transcendence gives you more consistent Cooldowns even in lower levels and makes your level 11 powerspike much better making you be able to lower basic abilities Cooldowns with assists.
Celerity is really strong right now especially with things like Shurelya's Battlesong and your Celestial Blessing. Celerity can be really strong if you like Movement Speed and dodging abilities but the best part is being always faster than the enemy support which can change the game, for example getting to a objective before them.
Gathering Storm is not very interactive its just AP every 10 minutes but it is still one of the best runes. Gathering Storm is really strong especially with KayleSupport because of the dificulty to get levels, its very good to get free stats based on time.
RESOLVE
Demolish is really strong and can make a entire playstyle around it. Demolish procs with 600 range and Kayle gets 525 level 6 and it stays that until level 16 so you will be able to proc Demolish very comfortably for the entire game.
Font of Life gives a very weak Heal to you and the lowest Health ally when you Slow or immobilize a enemy with a 20 second Cooldown. The interaction with Font of Life and Echoes of Helia is back and it is really strong with the changes to Echoes of Helia, it only starts working at level 9 for ranged and 5 for melee which doesnt mean much but keep in mind.
Second Wind is really busted because of the massive Heal it gives which can help a lot to survive hard lanes especially the poke ones. Second Wind gives you Healing based on Missing Health when you get hit.
Bone Plating is really strong against burst or melee matchups because you can resist a lot of damage with it. Bone Plating is not very consistent because of the Cooldown but you can work around it.
Revitalize is really strong for any support especially enchanters. Revitalize makes your Heals and Shields stronger and that applies to things like Heal and Summon Aery so it is basically a must have for the enchanter playsytle and really good for every situation.
DOMINATION
Zombie Ward is very strong for various reasons like the ward it summons cant be destroyed with Oracle Lens when it is on a bush and the enemies will need to enter the bush to destroy it. Zombie Ward has only one big problem which is the time it takes to finish getting the stacks when the enemies dont ward to much. Zombie Ward gives a lot of information to your team and helps a lot when you are behind or ahead because it depends on the enemies ward, it also increases you vision score by almost double.
Treasure Hunter is the weakest of these 3 and realistically you will only want to take it when you are building damage or really want the first item more than anything.
Relentless Hunter is strong and underrated, it can be the reason you win even with the nerfs because of the permanent out of combat Movement Speed you are always quicker than the enemy support when roaming and going to voidgrubs for example.
Ultimate Hunter is probably the most consistent of these 3 because it just makes your Divine Judgment comeback quicker which can make you win a lot of fights especially the early ones where you have a huge Cooldown, the only problem is that it just does one thing that gets weaker when you get Ability Haste or level your Divine Judgment.
INSPIRATION
Triple Tonic is not really that strong but it is a really comfortable pick to some people so it can work. Triple Tonic gives you 3 tonics at level 3, 6 and 9 them being Elixir of Avarice which only helps with the 40 Gold, Elixir of Force that can help with a early fight, and the most important Elixir of Skill which gives you a extra skill point, note that the extra skill point doesnt give you Divine Judgment early it only gives you a extra one.
Biscuit Delivery is really good for Mana Sustain at the early game and to Heal a little bit when low. Biscuit Delivery gives you a Total Biscuit of Everlasting Will every 2 minutes until 6 minutes, they give you Mana Regen and Healing based on the amount missing, it also gives you permanent 40 Mana for each.
Cosmic Insight is good in general and not very interactive, you can take Cosmic Insight anytime you want as it gives you really generic stats for a Support. Cosmic Insight helps with item Cooldowns but not very much, it also gives a lot of Summoner Spell Haste which is really good.
