Annoying bish. Can time the wall to stop your jump.

Deals 2 much damage, 1v1 you cannot win.

Can turn out nasty, but if you can perma CC him and know your damage, engage when can kill, then you are good.
Shyvana
I would put this at extreme due to max HP Damage, but if you mind your business, most people will just outfarm you and neglect ganks, a great Shyvana will come after you. So be careful if you meet a good Shyvana.
Ekko
Does do a lot of damage can keep distance and get back when CD are up, so mind his CDs. If you got finisher damage, make sure you keep him in CC if his R is up.
Nocturne
Not the best counter but works well.
Kindred
Just avoid her, if you jump on her try to predict her jump.
Kayn
Only if he goes red Kayn can match you up.
Bel'Veth
It can go both ways, just don't fight her 1v1, but in team-fights you are stronger if you lay your hand on her.
Brand
If you bounce wrong, it will ruin Brand's combo.
Orianna
If you work together, when landing your E, Orianna R's you, it's pretty much GG.
Malphite
Great for picks and potential to end the games.
Swain
Do not use E too early as when Zac Bounces them apart you might miss your E, if bound then GG.
Amumu
Wombo combo, literally insane fight.
Bard
Can ruin your whole engage, but can also prepare your engage if done right, engaging with his R.
Galio
With some carries, these 2 together stop the time of the enemy team.

Due to the bouncy house Zac is capable of, Morgana ult will go out of range. so it depends how you play together, on the other hand you can shield Zac, and help him engage bind your Q then engage with R as Morgana, then is GG.
