Ezreal Jungle?

With the rework of Ezreal's W coming from the PBE, do you think this will bring back the Ezreal jungle meta?

His new W still doesn't work on monsters, and deals the same damage as his old W. The cooldown is actually higher (12s versus 9s). He just traded the attack speed bonus for a mana restore, which only impacts his laning.
If anything he can't boost his own attack speed while jungling anymore, so it's slightly worse. But his new W scales with AD, which his old W didn't, which makes and usual AD items in his build a bit better on him.
But seriously, these are all super minor changes. Overall, it's the exact same as before.

I guess he won't be top tier, but it will be playable. His new W can't target monsters, but it will give some extra dueling power.
If you want to try it, I recommend as it procs with his Q.
