There's no way for you to decide or do anything to stop what someone else is doing in your games. If they int or feed, so be it nothing you can do. I'd just advice to work on your own improvement instead. Maybe you can shotcall something for your team but that's about it.
As a support if my ADC int/die a lot. This is what i do:
1) Don't go die with him if it hopeless.
2) Roam to other lanes (probably mid) so the lane would be able to win. Do that usually after the ADC is dead and you don't need to recall.
3) Try get deep vision to help see the enemy jungler before he ganks.
Unfortunately there is no way to stop your ADC from making bad decisions or stop them from inting. I barely play support, so I cannot really talk as a support main to a support main. But I main the midlane, so I have the advantage that I can pull the team. What I've observed from the supporters in my games is that they decide for themselves than with the ADC. For example: You have no ward in river. Your jungler pings that their jungler is botside, yet your adc is still willing to go all-in. Instead of joining, sit back and just do nothing. Cause dying with the adc is just making matters worse for you and your team. I, as a midlaner, would always receive a lot of roams from supports. What makes this a game changer is that, as soon as the enemy botlane has the Tier 1 turret down, they get bored and just aram mid. That gives your/my adc the time to farm up again and who knows, maybe that ADC just had a bad start into the game and might carry at the end.
To conclude, you cannot control your ADC, but your actions. if you see that he's just making consistently bad decisions, just stay back and do what you think is right. If he flames, we press the insane mute button to avoid any source of tilt coming towards you. Nevertheless, you still have 3 other mates you can partially support, meaning the game is not over just yet.
If you adc is falling behind in terms of farming cs, getting caught out regularly -
don't flame
buy items which will keep you alive longer in fights, rather than that which will help the adc only. Chances are the ADC will not improve suddenly in a matter of 10 - 20 minutes.
roam to mid lane, and help jungle, recall then go top. Chances are you will not be able to save the tower or protect the adc from dying further. Support of the team not just the ADC.
I feel you even though I'm not a support main. I have played support though and I stopped for this reason. You gotta do the carrying yourself if you want to win. and you can carry as a support as long as you're not playing Yuumi or someone who is heavily reliant on other players.
If it's bad to the point where you can't help but die due to your ADC being bad, I'd literally just go mid and mute all. Support your mid laner. Don't mind their flame. You end up doing more good than harm.
It all comes down to communication and keeping a level head. Ask what they are doing, tell them what you want to do, and just keep in mind that itās probably hard for them too. If they make a mistake, they will figure it out pretty soon. Flaming them only wastes time and energy to tell them something that they already know and will only tilt both of you further. Tell them what they can do right next time instead of what they are doing wrong. Ask them what support they want, give them some options and donāt assume that they can read your mind. Donāt assume that something is āobviousā because if they are playing that badly, itās probably not obvious what the right choice to make is. ADC and support are the most common roles to get auto filled into, and they are also two of the hardest roles in the game. Ask them if they are auto filled, because they might not be the most confident with the champion, but they may not have a choice about it either. So try to bear with them, communicate and stay calm. I know itās hard, I really do. As someone who has played both support and ADC and struggled with both, and as a Paladin/Barbarian tilt wise (https://tilttypes.riotgames.com/en/p/1) I know how hard it is, but it really does help.
Sometimes, you are allowed to abandon your ADC if all they are going to do is rush into a fight and get themselves killed. Sometimes, you have to accept that there is nothing you can do to save or stop them. If you're finding yourself in that position, don't let the enemy get a double kill off you, get out, and go make yourself useful and not dead. If I'm a walking champion, I'll usually go mid like @ orrvaa suggested. If I'm Yuumi, I'll just go to whoever is closest at the time (which means I find myself on Jungler a lot. You rack up assists like crazy there.)

Hope this helped a bit!
