There are stat sites that you can search on to find information on what builds and runes Anivia runs (just search up "champion stat sites for LoL" and you'll find it). Generally, her main keystone for toplane is Arcane Comet (her primary page is Sorcery), with Inspiration secondary. As for the others, she seems to be building Rod of Ages as her first item, so I would look more into that part of the build.

Though anivia top seems to have a decent winrate overall, the matchups you face has an incredibly low winrate so losing often could very well happen, just to let you know what you're getting into.
