He has decently fast clear, also really strong dueling in early game. When it comes to builds, I mostly go for Wingborne Storm build, which is max your R and buy Liandry's Torment first. After that, almost every game is different, I like to buy Dark Seal on first base, so sometimes I upgrade it to Mejai's Soulstealer, and other times if I play vs a lot of AD I go Frozen Heart, or a lot of AP Kaenic Rookern, and If I'm ahead I like to take Riftmaker. As last item I mostly go for Jak'Sho, The Protean it gives a lot of bonus resistances.

He's in B tier, after all of the changes, I don't like him in soloQ as jungler, but much better on support.

I am a Rengar one-trick, and I think in this patch he deserves a rank A/B because this new jungle has affected him quite a bit. However, he is still performing very well as a hunter.

I feel kinda weird saying this in both your Mid and Jungle tier list but, He should at least be in the Jungle tier list :D

(I'm a main Nocturne player with +500k MPs so it gets me everytime people forget he exists :D)

Added to A tier, he's strong, but I prefer champions in S tier more!
