Aphelios gains 20% (+10% per 100 ability power) bonus movement speed and fires both weapons at the nearest enemy for the next 1.75 seconds. Deals 10−40 (+22−40% per bonus attack damage) physical damage over 6 shots, prioritizing champions (depending on level).

Each use of the ability will cost 10 Moonlight + 60 Mana.
Cooldown: 10-8 (between levels 1-13)
