Blitzcrank supercharges themself, gaining 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80% decaying movement speed and 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70% attack speed for 5 seconds. During this time, their attacks deal an additional 60−220 plus 1% of the target's max health as magic damage on-hit.

Afterwards, Blitzcrank is slowed by 30% for 1.5 seconds.
