Kayle fires a celestial sword that stops on the first enemy hit, dealing 60 / 100 / 140 / 180 / 220 (+60% of ability power) (0.5 per attack damage) magic damage, slowing by 26 / 32 / 38 / 44 / 50% for 2 seconds, and removing armor and magic resistance by 15% for 4 seconds from the target and enemies behind them.
