League of Legends Recall
Recalling
Recalling refers to the term when a champion presses the "B" button or clicks the "Recall" button at the bottom of their screen during the game. Recall is an ability that every summoner has, regardless of champion chosen. The spell allows its champion to hard channel for 8 seconds (or 4 seconds with hand of baron buff) and teleport back to their respawn pool after the channel is completed. The spell is cancelled if the champion's recall was interrupted during the 8 / 4 seconds. Team that has vision over the recalling player can also see them recalling on a minimap.
Recall channel can no longer be interrupted during the last 0.1 seconds of the channeling. Meaning that the player can take damage during that time and still recall as normal. |
During a recall, the player can cast summoner spells that don't displace the champion (meaning not Flash or Teleport) without interrupting the recall in the process. The same goes for potion consummation, placing wards or activating non-damaging items. Weirdly enough Ignite, even though a damaging summoner spell, doesn't interrupt the channeling.
