Passive - Rising Spell Force: Every time Ezreal hits an enemy unit with one of his abilities, he gains attack speed! Stacking up to 5 times! Most ezreal players rely alot on their abilities for damage but keeping your passive up in lane and using it efficiently is what separates the good and the bad Ezreal's!
Q - Mystic Shot: Ezreal fires a bolt of energy in a line, dealing Attack damage to the first enemy hit, applying on-hit and on-attack effects! If Mystic Shot successfully hits an enemy Ezreal's cooldowns are lowered by 1.5s! Q is your main source of damage and hitting them is really important because it keeps your stacks up and stacks conqueror fast!
W - Essence Flux: Ezreal fires an orb that sticks to first enemy, Hitting the target with a damaging ability or basic attack detonates the orb, dealing Magic damage! Using W and E in lane is a great way of poking out the enemy adc! Use this with caution as its a lot of mana especially early game and leaves you without an escape!
E - Arcane Shift: Ezreal blinks to the target location, firing a homing bolt that deals magic damage to the nearest enemy, but if an enemy is hit with W, it will prioritize dealing damage to them instead of nearest enemy! This is your escape so use it with caution! But it is also a great way of closing gaps when chasing too! Learning when and where to use it will make you a great Ezreal!
R - Trueshot Barrage: Ezreal fires a wide energy projectile in the target direction, dealing magic damage to enemies it passes through. This stacks your passive instantly if you use it on alot of enemies and also does a lot of damage with your W! Also a great way of pushing waves in fast to deny minion waves to enemies!

Pros and Cons of locking Ezreal!
Pros:
- A lot of damage
- Great scaling
- Insane mobility
- Long range
- Hybrid Damage
- Much tankier than normal ADC's
- Fast at killing turrets
Cons:
- Very high skill cap
- Takes time to scale
- Weak auto attacks
Lane Phase:
Lane phase is very dependent on how you want to play Ezreal!
Personally i like playing aggressive and try to stomp lane! The benefits of this is obviously the chance of getting fed and making the enemy adc weak. Also the risk of this is high and you can also put yourself behind and feed the enemy adc! I like being aggressive because ezreal scales real well so if you fall behind there is always a chance to scale back up and be useful still late game!
To play aggressive in lane you want to look for Q's on the enemy adc where you can and also look for W - E combos! Again using E in lane allows you to be ganked easier and also hit by CC from the enemy support. Just looking for Q's is also not maximum efficiency, you want to be using Q to stack passive and looking for autos between Q's aswell! Ezreal has a good ALL IN with CC supports with W and R you can time it with support CC and then use Q - E and autos to finish them off! If you have a enchantress support it is probably best to scale as your late game will be insane!
Playing safe as Ezreal is why a lot of people like Ezreal and also why people hate playing vs him! Instead of using Q to poke you can use it to farm and keeping E for when you need to escape!
You stack tear fast and scale quickly playing like this allowing yourself to get to your spikes quickly. Some matchups are impossible to play aggressive for example Draven lanes! Hard to out dps a Draven therefore it is best to play like this and outscale him. When playing safe it is best to build a tear on first back and maybe even a cull! When playing aggressive it is best to get a sheen on first back for maximum dmg!
Team Fighting:
Team fighting as Ezreal is hard and why he has a high skill gap! You really want to be playing back line and looking for a good Ult to stack your passive! Using Q and E to self peel is what makes you so mobile and annoying to fight! You preferably want to back line most of the time as ezreal using your range advantage to kite the enemy front line! Hitting Q's will get your E up quicker so try not to miss!
You can also dive back line if you know you can! Using E to catch out the enemy carries that are self peeling your own front line is a great way to solo win the fight, but it is very situational and you need to judge whether its the right call or not!

Runes
I only take this one page! But some people do like PTA or Lethal tempo, try them out and see what you prefer! Lethal tempo gives you a lot more attack speed but less overall damage! PTA gives you more dmg early and no need to stack conq! But when conq is stacked you will be doing more dmg than both other runes!
Presence of mind gives you max bonus AD from manamune! But you can take triumph.
Bloodline is necessary as you dont get lifesteal until 3rd item!
Coup de grace and be swapped with cut down vs heavy tank teams!

Tips & Tricks
Flash does not cancel R, so you can R and if you need to move while ulting you can flash away and R will come out!
Hitting W on a enemy champ under turret will make you get turret aggro even though it doesnt do dmg, be careful!
Watch around the map for free kills with your R! Its a global spell so use it!
