Severum Passive: Attacks using this weapon restores 2-7.1% of the damage dealt as health, and abilities using it restores 5-17.75% instead. This weapon can heal Aphelios over his max health, granting him a 10-140 plus 6% of target's missing health shield for 30 seconds.

When Severum is assigned, Aphelios can use Onslaught.
