Pool of Reflection: Hwei forms a protective pool that grants 45 / 55 / 65 / 75 / 85 (+30% of ability power) shield to allies inside over time. Allies receive 3.75 / 4.58 / 5.42 / 6.25 / 7.08 (+2.5% of ability power) shield.

Stirring Lights: Hwei creates three swirling lights that empower his next three abilities or attacks to deal an additional 25 / 35 / 45 / 55 / 65 (+20% of ability power) magic damage and restore 45 / 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 mana each.
