Casts on worked ground cost 20 mana and have 50% less cooldown, consume the worked ground, and hurl a boulder that slows enemies hit by 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40% for 1.5 seconds and deals 95 / 133 / 171 / 209 / 247 (+95% of ability power) magic damage to the primary target.
