Milio Ability (LoL): Ultra Mega Fire Kick

Milio kicks a fireball, knocking back the first enemy hit. If it hits, the ball bounces past them and explodes, dealing 80 / 145 / 210 / 275 / 340 (+120% of ability power) magic damage to surrounding enemies and slowing them by 40 / 45 / 50 / 55 / 60% (+5% per 100 ability power) for 1.5 seconds. Hitting at least one enemy champion with this ability decreases its cooldown by 50%.
