Witch Campion should I Buy?

Hello, I dont know what Champion I should buy.
I cant decide bewtween Lulu and Lucian.
I often play Top or Botlane but sometimes Midlane too.
When I Play Botlane I play ADC.
I dont play Aram and I just play on the "normal" map Summoner's Rift.
Which of this two Champions sould I buy? I only have the Money to buy one of them.

is more dynamic, being a low tier 2 top laner, and a tier 1 midlaner.
Comparatively to other solo laners, she has a relatively low damage output, and relies on her heavy shields and her passive to contribute to fights.

I'd say go for lulu, but that's just by $.02

Personally, if you are new to the game, I would suggest , , , and (and you can practically use the same runepage for all 4 of them, (Attack Marks, Armor Seals, Magic Resist Glyphs, and Attack or Health Quints) ).

As for ADCs, I reccommend , , and if you are feeling a little more skilled, is my absolute favorite (one of thee FASTEST attack speed/damage marksmen, and a poison stack that can finish an enemy after you are gone).

I would say or personally, but that's just me.

Mental_Wyro can Gnar is appropriate to use as Jungler. I love using Gnar as a top lane but there is no element of thrill. Give me example of a guide to use gnar as a jungler.

Whoever you want ofcourse! I dont normally play lucian, but lulu is super fun to play and wrecks face mid and top lane :)

I think you should get yourself Ekko. Ekko is a great champion. As well, with the latest patch buffs he's super cool and strong right now. I definitely think you should give him a try.
